Welcome to the Shreepoint Event Planner mobile application (“App”). Your privacy and trust are paramount to us. This application is owned and operated by Shreepoint Event Planner, backed by the efficiency and corporate discipline of JOLLYVOWS PRIVATE LIMITED (Registered Office: Darbhanga, Bihar).

Because our app is built around a “Zero-Login, No-Database” architecture, our policy is incredibly straightforward: We do not collect, store, or profile your personal data on any server.

1. Information Collection & How It Works

Unlike traditional apps, we do not require you to create an account, enter a password, or sign in with social media.

When you book an event or a consultation through the App, the following flow takes place:

  • Data Entered by You: You manually type your Name, Event Date, Appointment Slot, and Address.
  • Location Services (GPS): With your explicit permission, the app uses your device’s GPS location data solely to fill out the address field automatically for your convenience. This location data is processed locally on your phone.
  • The WhatsApp Bridge: The moment you tap “Confirm & Send via WhatsApp”, all the entered details are compiled into a temporary text string, URL-encoded, and transferred directly to your own official WhatsApp application.

🔒 Data Storage Status: None of this information passes through or resides on a Shreepoint server. Your data only lives locally on your device and inside the secure chat window between you and our official business WhatsApp number (+91 70302 30076).

2. Permissions Required by the App

To give you a seamless booking experience, the app may request the following device permissions:

  • Location Access (GPS): Used exclusively to auto-detect your delivery/event venue address during form filling. You can deny this and choose to fill the address manually.
  • Internet Access & Application Launching: Required to open and redirect your booking request seamlessly to the official WhatsApp application.

3. Third-Party Services

Our booking pipeline relies directly on WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.). Once you are redirected from our app to WhatsApp, your data interactions are governed strictly by the WhatsApp Privacy Policy. We highly recommend reviewing their terms regarding end-to-end encryption and data safety.

4. Bookings, Modifications, and Cancellations

  • Unique Booking ID: Every request generates a temporary unique reference token frontend (e.g., SP-XXXX).
  • Cancellation/Modification: Since there is no database tracking your state, any cancellation or modification request must be sent manually via the app’s cancellation link to our WhatsApp helpline along with your generated Booking ID. Our backend team at Shreepoint and Jollyvows Pvt Ltd will process it manually.
