Welcome to shreepoint.in. These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with JOLLYVOWS PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U47912BR2025PTC080784), having its registered office at 75, Neempokhar, Kadirabad Post Lalbagh, Darbhanga, Bihar, 846004.

By accessing this website and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. General Booking Terms

All event bookings are subject to availability and formal confirmation by the Shreepoint team.
A booking is considered “Confirmed” only after the receipt of the initial advance payment and a signed service agreement.

2. Services & Expertise

Our hospitality and catering services are supervised by our Director, Rishi Kumar, leveraging 13+ years of professional experience.
We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to décor or menus based on the seasonal availability of materials/ingredients, ensuring the quality remains premium.

3. Payment Policy

Advance Payment: A specific percentage (as mentioned in your quote) is required to block dates.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be cleared as per the schedule mentioned in the service contract (usually before or on the day of the event).
Taxes: All prices are subject to applicable taxes as per GST regulations (where applicable).

4. Event on EMI Facility

The “Event on EMI” option is provided through third-party financial partners.
Approval of EMI is subject to the partner’s credit assessment. Shreepoint is not responsible for any rejection of EMI applications.

5. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellations made 30 days prior to the event may be eligible for a partial refund of the advance (minus administrative costs).
Cancellations made within 15 days of the event are non-refundable, as resources and vendors are booked in advance.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for obtaining necessary local permissions (e.g., Loudspeaker permits) unless specifically included in our package.
Any damage to Shreepoint’s property (décor, equipment, linens) by guests during the event will be the responsibility of the client.

7. Force Majeure

JOLLYVOWS PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, or other natural disasters), war, or government restrictions.

8. Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Darbhanga, Bihar.
