Payment and Refund Policy

At Shreepoint (a unit of JOLLYVOWS PRIVATE LIMITED), we strive to provide the highest quality event management and catering services. To maintain our standards and commit resources to your event, we follow a structured payment and refund process.


1. Payment Terms

To ensure seamless planning, all payments must be made according to the following schedule:

  • Booking Advance: A non-refundable advance of [e.g., 30%] of the total contract value is required to block the event date and initiate vendor bookings.
  • Mid-Term Payment: [e.g., 50%] of the total amount must be cleared at least 15 days before the event.
  • Final Settlement: The remaining [e.g., 20%] balance must be paid on or before the day of the event.
  • Modes of Payment: We accept Bank Transfers (IMPS/NEFT), UPI, and Cheques (subject to realization). Cash payments must be made at our registered office in Darbhanga.

2. Event on EMI Plans

  • EMI facilities are offered through our financial partners.
  • Once an EMI plan is activated and funds are disbursed, the relationship regarding interest and installments will be between the client and the financial institution.
  • Shreepoint is not liable for EMI interest rates or late payment penalties charged by the lender.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, since we book venues, staff, and materials in advance, the following cancellation charges apply:

  • 30+ Days before the event: The Booking Advance is forfeited, but any additional payments made will be refunded.
  • 15 to 30 Days before the event: 50% of the total estimated event cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • Within 15 Days of the event: 100% of the total event cost is non-refundable, as all resources (catering, decor, logistics) are fully committed by this time.

4. Refund Process

  • If a refund is approved as per the terms above, the amount will be processed within 7-10 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment source or via a bank transfer to the client’s registered account.

5. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)

In case of event cancellation due to government restrictions, natural calamities (floods, etc.), or pandemics, Shreepoint will offer the option to reschedule the event to a future date (within 6 months) without losing the advance payment. Refunds in such cases will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the expenses already incurred.
